1. Setting up teams
Setting up teams within OnHand is the foundation for running successful competitions. Users can join multiple teams, so you’re not limited to just one approach.
We recommend having functional teams set up and (if your employees are over multiple locations) regional teams. That way, team leaders can help push their teams along and you also encourage local teams to get together.
Key steps
□ Decide on Teams
□ Create Teams in Admin section of OnHand
□ Add users to teams
Team types:
Functional or by business unit (e.g. sales, marketing, finance)
Regional (office location, city, country, region)
Fictional (be creative and use names e.g. Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, etc)
