OnHand places 14th in Startups 100 2023 list
We’re so excited to announce that we’ve secured a place in The Startups 100 Index 2023! We’ve entered the list at number 14, sharing the top 20 with the likes of The Modern Milkman, Beam, and Infogrid.
Startups.co.uk’s yearly list is the UK’s longest-running index of the top 100 startups in the country, celebrating “revolutionary business ideas and exceptional founders”.
It’s a huge honour to snag the number 14 spot, with this being the first time we’ve made the list. We’re following in the footsteps of companies like Deliveroo, Monzo, and Revolut, who have all featured in the past.
Not only have we made the Startups Top 100 list, but OnHand CEO and founder Sanjay Lobo has also snagged the Exceptional Founder award!
Sanjay’s been smashing it over the past few years, from growing OnHand during the COVID-19 pandemic to receiving an MBE for his incredible work, and we’re thrilled to see him acknowledged for it.
Ian Wallis, Head of Startups at FieldHouse Associates and guest judge for this year’s list, said, “There is an enormous challenge in the care sector. OnHand is clearly being recognised as a service provider of choice.”
He continued, “OnHand has been created to help companies become an important part of the fabric of their community by encouraging employees to volunteer some of their time. It’s a scalable model that could help a great many people if the workforces of big brands are harnessed and engaged.”
