DF Capital launched the Mega GiveBack, a company-wide afternoon of doing good for local Manchester charities and orgs. Over 100 DF Capital team members got stuck into the feel-good, completing an equivalent of 350 volunteering hours in a single afternoon for causes like food poverty, eco action, and social inequality!

DF Capital's CO2e reduction competition has been a massive hit. Their 12-month 'Reduce the Juice' challenge has seen colleagues picking up a plethora of climate-friendly pledges, all in the hopes of winning an electric bike! It's no wonder the team has saved over 50 tonnes of CO2e.

DF Capital understands that volunteering during work hours just doesn't work for some people. To keep morale up, the organisation lets weekend volunteers take back the hours they spent doing good as annual leave — a great incentive for employees making a difference in their own time.
